Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and green onions. Mix well and set aside.
Pat the fish fillets dry and transfer them to the prepared pan. Season the top with salt and black pepper.
Top the fillets with the panko mixture and press down gently to create a crust.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until a meat thermometer registers 125 to 130 degrees.
Remove the pan from the oven and preheat the broiler.
Place the pan under the broiler (about 4 inches from the heat source) and broil for 1 to 2 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the fish is fork-tender.
Top the fish fillets with fresh parsley and serve.
