Instructions
Heat the oil in a large saucepan or stock pot over medium-high heat. Add the turkey and cook until no longer pink, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
Add the chili powder, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, dried cilantro, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and stir to coat. Cook for 1 minute, until the herbs and spices are fragrant.
Add the chicken broth, tomatoes, beans, and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes (and up to 30 minutes).
Add the corn and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, until heated through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Ladle the chili into bowls and garnish with your favorite toppings.
