Instructions
Heat the oil in a large saucepan or stock pot over medium-high heat. Add the carrots, celery, and onion and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, until soft.
Add the beef and cook until browned, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Add the garlic, Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and stir to coat. Cook for 1 minute, until the herbs are fragrant.
Stir in the tomato paste until incorporated. Add the broth and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil. Stir in the cauliflower.
Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until the cauliflower is soft. Add the peas and cook for 1 minute to heat through. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
