Hot Honey Broccolini

Tender stalks of baby broccoli, dusted with seasoning and then drizzled with hot honey. It's the perfect balance of sweetness and heat, and the honey perfectly balances the flavor of this delicious cruciferous veggie!

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches broccolini/baby broccoli stem ends trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon powdered ranch dressing mix
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon hot honey or more/less to taste

Instructions

  • Blanch the broccolini in a large pot of boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and return to the pot. Toss with the ranch dressing mix. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
  • Transfer the broccolini to a serving plate and drizzle the hot honey over top. Serve with extra hot honey on the side.
