12ouncessmoked whitefishI used Great Lakes Tinned Fish Smoked Whitefish in Organic Sunflower Oil
4tablespoonsmayonnaise of choiceor more if desired
2tablespoonschopped green onions
2tablespoonschopped fresh Italian parsley
1/2teaspooncelery seed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 20 minutes. Serve with vegetables, crackers, pita wedges, and/or bagel chips. You can also serve as a sandwich spread, or salad topper.
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
