Cajun Butter Salmon

In this dish, creamy butter is kicked up with bold Cajun flavors and then slightly sweetened with honey. This balance of sweetness and heat is the perfect partner for salmon, and the mixture infuses and caramelizes the fish as it quickly bakes in the oven.

With just a handful of ingredients, you can create a show-stopping, mouthwatering meal in under 20 minutes. The butter is scented with cayenne, black pepper, oregano, thyme, garlic, and honey. It’s bold and sweet and works great with salmon!

Cajun seasoning is a robust spice blend that typically consists of salt, garlic, onion, paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Look for Cajun seasoning in the spice aisle of the grocery store; and choose regular or hot. If you canโt find Cajun seasoning, you may also use Creole seasoning.
