Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 1 minute.
Drain.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the green beans and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until just started to turn golden. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle the honey over top and serve with more hot honey on the side.
