Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans ends trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon hot honey plus more for serving

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 1 minute.
  • Drain.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the green beans and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until just started to turn golden. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drizzle the honey over top and serve with more hot honey on the side.
