14-ouncecan tomato sauce
1tablespoonbalsamic glazeor 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and 1 teaspoon sugar

2tablespoonsgrated parmesan cheeseplus more for serving
1/2cupshredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
In a large skillet, combine the tomato sauce, balsamic glaze, Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Set the pan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the ravioli according to the package directions. Drain.
When the sauce has simmered for at least 10 minutes, stir in the parmesan cheese. Add the cooked ravioli and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to heat through.
Top the ravioli with the mozzarella cheese and remove the pan from the heat. Let stand for 1 minute to melt the cheese. If desired, place the pan under the broiler to add color to the cheese.
