Spinach dip is a fan favorite, so this side dish is sure to be a winner in your house

I used all the same ingredients in spinach dip – sour cream, mozzarella, parmesan, and garlic – so the dish is rich, satiny, and cheesy. The only different is that we don’t need to bake the spinach before serving!

I used fresh spinach but you can use frozen spinach too. I used a 9-ounce bag of fresh baby spinach leaves for this dish. The leaves were washed and ready to go, so I just opened the bag and added the spinach to the skillet. If you want to use frozen spinach, thaw it completely and drain away as much liquid as you can before cooking.
