Ground beef and chili crisp

The combination of chili garlic sauce and chili crisp is sublime. Both ingredients add heat from chilies and tang from garlic, but the chili crisp also adds crunchy umami goodness. Look for both ingredients near the soy sauce in your favorite grocery store.

I used ground beef but poultry works too. If desired, you may swap in ground chicken or ground turkey for the beef.

How should you serve your chili crisp ground beef? I served the juicy beef mixture over basmati rice and then added steamed broccoli on the side. You can also serve the mixture over Asian noodles (such as ramen or rice noodles), or in lettuce leaves for a wholesome low-carb meal.
