Pepperoni Pizza Cups

Crisp wontons and smoky pepperoni, filled with pizza sauce and cheese and baked into little cups. This is the ultimate party food.

How adorable are these cups? They’re super simple to make too! Half are made with wonton skins and the other half are made with sandwich-style pepperoni slices. All you need is sauce, cheese, and a sprinkling of oregano and you’re ready to bake and serve!

These are great for parties! They’re easy to eat and the perfect treat for those following a gluten-free diet!

Think about the topping possibilities! Mushrooms, broccoli, black olives, peppers, ham, pineapple – just toss whatever you want into those bite-size gems before baking.

For gluten-free pizza cups: Use sandwich-size slices of pepperoni and arrange them in the muffin pan as you would the wonton skins. Prebake the pepperoni cups for 6 minutes at 400 degrees. Once the pepperoni cups have cooled, remove them from the pan, wipe the grease from the pan, and return the cups to the pan. Fill and bake as directed below.
