Teriyaki Ground Beef

This ultra-flavorful ground beef is glazed with a mouth-watering, sweet and savory sauce featuring tamari, garlic, ginger, and sesame. Topped with everything bagel seasoning (for flavor and crunch), it’s excellent over rice, Asian noodles, or piled into soft lettuce leaves!

This meal is gluten-free and made in one-pan! It’s also made with pantry staples, so you should be able to pull it together with ease. In the ingredient list, there are many options for substitutions (for example, fresh garlic or dried, fresh ginger or dried, tamari sauce or soy sauce, etc.). Use what you have on hand and you can enjoy a sensational meal in well under 30 minutes.

I used ground beef, but other protein works. Feel free to grab some ground chicken, ground turkey, or ground pork and swap it in for the beef. And you don’t have to use ground meat, this teriyaki sauce works with cubed steak, chicken, and pork too!

What should you serve with your Teriyaki Ground Beef? I suggest spooning the juicy beef mixture over fluffy rice, or Asian noodles, or into butter/Bibb lettuce leaves. I served the mixture over jasmine rice. On the side, I suggest steamed broccoli or asparagus, or sautéed spinach, or a fresh green salad.
